GUIDELINES FOR THE CANDIDATES TO BE READ THOROUGHLY BEFORE

SUBMITTING THE QUESTIONNAIRE

Welcome to the Preceptor Candidate Preparation Programme!

The preceptor work requires a tremendous amount of patience, passion and dedication, and
implicit obedience to the Master. Being made a preceptor is not a certificate or an
achievement that would place you in a position higher than an abhyasi. The requirements
include at a very minimum readjusting of your priorities to ensure that you are regular in all
aspects of your daily sadhana; being available not merely in terms of time, but also in terms
of the heart to match the sacredness that the work demands.

1. Read the questionnaire completely before you begin the answers and submissions.
2. Use the link provided to enter the answers. NOTE: If you prepare your answers
in advance, entering the data would be easy.
3. After entering your answers click on SUBMIT and after submission close the web
page.
4. If you need help in answering the questions consult your Centre Coordinator or Zone
Coordinator.
5. Be clear and precise in your answers, especially in the questions about your normal
daily routine, your personal sadhana and time available for preceptor work.
6. Your answers will be studied by mentor (s) and / or Area Coordinator(s).
7. When your application is accepted you will receive an email from PCTT (Preceptor
Candidate Training Team) with instructions to log in and start the pre-preparatory
programme.
8. It is important for you to correctly state the email ID and phone number of your
preceptor from whom you are receiving your regular individual sittings.

TIME FOR COMPLETING THE PROGRAMME

9. You must complete the pre-preparation within a maximum of 6 months. It is also

possible to complete this in 12 weeks, if you work on it regularly.
10. During this you will be asked to appear in two tests.
11. Successful completion of the tests will allow you to have a personal interview with
one of the Mentors or Area Coordinators. This can be in person or by phone.
12. Once that is completed successfully, you would be permitted to attend the On Site
Training programme at which time Daaji would be completing the work of granting
permission to work as a preceptor.
13. As of now these On-Site Training Programmes are scheduled for
(i) November 24th 2017, to December 3rd, 2017
(ii) January 5th, 2018 to January 14th, 2018
(iii) March 2nd, 2018 to March 11th, 2018
14. It is mandatory to be present during all days of the programme in the ashram.
15. If you need to apply for leave and make other arrangements, bear these dates in
mind – choose one of the three batches.
