A. Overview of Industry

Doing business is one of the most common activities in which an individual or a

group can contribute to economic growth. Entrepreneur is the one who start up, manage,

organize, and plans the operation of the business. It requires capabilities, skills, and

knowledge which will help them to operate their business.

Sheesh Café is a partnership of ten members contributing their knowledge, skills,

financial resources and willingness to produce and offer their product. Sheesh Café offers

a variety flavor of iced coffee in consideration to the warm weather temperature. Coffee

contains caffeine that increases activity in your brain and nervous system. Level of sugar

will depend on the request of the customer in order to support their diet. The idea of

producing iced coffee comes up because of the needs of the students in attending school

classes, this will help them to be more active and productive and adding ice considering

the weather condition. Sheesh Café also offers Takoyaki and Banana Fries to satisfy

customers’ hunger.

B. Mission Statement

Sheesh Café aims to provide energizing and refreshing drinks to support students’

activity in class and stimulates their brain during discussions and to refresh their mind in

an uncomfortable weather condition. Takoyaki and Banana fries can also be a source of

energy. To provide the highest quality product at the lowest possible price, the best

consumer experience in the industry and respect for our employees, partners and

community.
C. Business Description

SHEESH CAFÉ comes up with the idea of providing drinks that both supports

students’ activeness in school and their behavior towards the hot weather. Iced coffee is

easy to prepare and ingredients are easy to preserve.

Sheesh Café is a partnership manufacturing business composed of ten

members contributing knowledge, skills, and financial resources to fulfill the

company needs in providing goods to its customers.

Sheesh Café, a name inspired by “sheesh!” by gen-z on social media that

signifies everything from excitement or surprise. As stated on the slogan,

“Mapapa-sheesh ka sa sarap,” customers will feel the indescribable sensation

while drinking our coffee.

c. Location

Sheesh Café is located in front of Senior High School building wherein

students can easily find and it is the best location since there are too many

potential customers visible.

d. Product Description

Iced coffee offered with a variety of flavor classified as: (1) Mocha Latte

(2) Caramel Latte (3) Double Latte (4) Black Forest Latte (5) Hazelnut (6)

Brewed Coffee (7) Caramelized Brewed Coffee. Each flavor differs in level

of sweetness. Flavor variation also depends on customer’s taste preference.

Sheesh Café also offers Takoyaki and Banana Fries. Takoyaki is a Japanese

ball-shaped snack made of vegetables and seafood like cabbage and carrots

with squid. Banana fries is prepared usual as the common preparation for
French Fries, it only different in the ingredients wherein banana is used instead

of potato.

e. Position

Our product is easy to remember because we are the only one who’s

producing this kind of products. The drinks is proven marketable and the two

other product is new to customers taste. We offer our product with high quality

and affordable at the same time.

f. Pricing Strategy

To generate a high profit, Sheesh Café chooses cheap but quality supplies

wherein we can maximize our profit. In accordance, we are able to provide

quality but affordable product.

Sheesh café company targets students from Grade 7 to Grade 12 age 11-19

years old and Teachers age 23 to 50 years old male and female at Eduardo

Cojuangco National Vocational High School (Canan, Paniqui, Tarlac). Particularly

the students and teachers who doesn’t eat and no energy going to school and having

a hard time in school are the target of our business.

a. Segment Description

There are 3,025 potential customers for this business. They are mostly

students having 2,979 students or 98.45% of the school population and 57 teachers

or 1.55% of the school population.

b. Customer Needs and Requirements

As we observe in the past performance task of entrepreneur subject or the

bazaar, we notice that students and teachers love our coffee and getting the highest

sales of the said event. So, we decided to rebuild our ideas and rebuild our products

the latte’s and adding vegetable carbohydrate food to give more healthy and heavy

in the stomach.

On Eduardo Cojuangco National Vocational High School there are 6 grade level

and 2 department, The Grade levels are Grade 7, Grade 8, Grade 9, grade 10, Grade 11,

Grade12. And the 2 Teachers department are Junior high school Teachers department and

Senior high school Teachers.

Canteen 1 and Canteen 2 are consistently selling the same product, which may cause the

customer explore more products and is a surfer opportunity to get customers due to the

customers’ curiosity about our product.

AFFORDA FOODS hotdog teriyaki-tchen is not common for the customers. The

procedure in cooking or frying the hotdog is risky that can be burn. Given how long it

takes to prepare rice, the customer might have to wait little longer and the consistency of

the rice texture can affect the product or customers satisfaction. Furthermore, time and

temperature can affect the texture, leading to expired or spoiled products. In their K-pop

merch, students are not all K-pop fans, which can have an impact on their product.

Additionally, students who eat freshly prepared meals are more likely to purchase food

rather than items or accessories.

Enteng Kamote. It would take a long time to prepare the sweet potato by grating and

cooking it. Wrapped food are also a laborious task and we have a limited amount of time to

prepare.

COOKIE-NG-INA. The preparation and process of baking/frying/cooking cookies is

consuming a lot of time and the customer may be uncomfortable with texture of their

cookies. (In baking) In case that their products are sold out, their products are not easy to

prepare and bake for the reason of it needs a lot of equipment like oven and baking

materials.

VI. SALES AND MARKETING

A. INTRODUCTION

Sales and marketing are one of the crucial parts in putting up a business. Everybody

must be knowledgeable in each aspect. It is also one of the key points in a business

successful and also the downfall. Therefore, sales and marketing are very important in

creating a business.

B. STRATEGY

We are having a buy 1 iced coffee take 2 tako-hati promo in our opening. This

promo would encourage customer to buy more tako-hati in order to satisfy their

satisfaction of our product tako-hati. And, we are going to have raffle draw every week

and win 1 special customer having a chance to win free iced coffee of their chosen

flavor with banana fries or tako-hati.

C. METHOD OF SALES

Tako-hati is 3 pesos per piece the cost of 1 piece is 1.5 pesos so we have 1.5 profit

per piece. Banana fries have 2 prices the 10 pesos and 15 pesos. In 10 pesos the cost of

it is 7 pesos, our profit is 3 pesos per sold. The cost of 15 pesos is 11 pesos, our profit

is 4 pesos per order in 15 pesos category. Iced Coffee is 25 pesos per order, the cost of

1 iced coffee is 18 pesos, our profit is 7 pesos per order.

D. ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION


Advertising our product using social media like Facebook and Instagram by posting

and sharing with description including price and location of our business and also the

appearance of our product having aesthetic logo to encourage customer buy our

product.

“mapapashessh ka sa sarap” it means you are going to be awesome or wow after

you tasted our product.

this part of the business plan provides the information of the management and

organizational plan of the business such as the owners, organizational structure,

qualification and description of jobs, monthly salary of individuals, capital of the business

and the losses agreement of the owners if the business is not successful.

The business will engage in a partnership form, when the partners would contribute their
