none shall leave the firm until or unless all the pending cÍmmitments are carried out,
liabilities paid off, assets realized and accounts are rendered fully and settled finally to
the entire satisfaction of each of the parties hereto.

7. That in the event of death or retirement of any of the parties hereto the partnership firm
hereby formed shall not dissolve, but shall continue. The Final Claim of that partner
shall be settled by the firm without any interest within the six months from the date of
retirement or death.

8. That if any of the partner derives profits either of the property of the partnership or from
firm name, he/she shall have to account for that profit and pay to the partnership firm.
9. That none of the partners shall be entitled to raise loan on behalf of the partnership
without obtaining the prior written consent of the all partners and if any partner does so
without obtaining the prior written consent of the all partners, then the other partners
shall be in no way responsible for repayrent. However, any loans or sums due from
anyof the partners to any second party, it shall be paid by partner in hisher individual
