Attention all members.

Hello family, I hope you all are well.

As we all know, we formed this family welfare union to bring us together as a family and the
contributions to help us whenever we have emergencies and funerals.

However, there has been a lot of resistance from some members form cohorts to disrupt and failing to
sent their contributions.

OBSERVATIONS & CHALLENGES

1.Members are not following the constitution. They want things done on their way.

2. Members don't send their contribute as we had initially agreed.

3. Some members have divided into cohorts Inciting others to fall out of the main purpose of this
welfare Sacco.

4. Disrespect and disregard by some people calling others funny names.

5. We raised an issue of Mini harambee to boost our savings but some are against Inciting others not to
contribute.

Following the above observations, we find it necessary to dismantle the welfare Sacco.

RESOLUTIONS.

1. Dismantle the welfare group.

2. Everybody to be refunded their savings via mpesa.

3. Every family to form their small welfare Sacco wajisimamie.

4. In case of emergencies or loss of loved ones, other families will cheap in like 10%of the contributions
needed and the principal family will take care of the rest of the contributions.
