This document provides information on complete user journey of the Assisted


application

If any of the below fields are changed
then case will be processed as NTB and
no offer benefit will be applicable:

4. PAN
5. DOB
6. Gender
User will also be notified.

Please Note:
Also For 1KYC cases, if address is changed
the KYC proof will be mandatory.
