AFFIDAVIT OF THE CAVEATOR

I, B. Raghuram, S/o Somulu, Flat no. 402, Metromannor

Apartment, New RBI Colony, Behind Prajanivas Apartment,
Mohannagar, Kothapet, Hyderabad do hereby solemnly affirm and
state as follows:

1. I am the caveator No 1 herein and I have been authorized by the

remaining caveators Nos. 2 to 9 to file this affidavit on their
behalf also and as such I am acquainted with the facts of the
case.

2. I humbly submit that we filed OA No. 684 of 2013 before the

Hon'ble AP Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad against the
respondents herein seeking a direction to declare the action of
the respondents 1 and 2 in not giving posting orders as Town
Planning Assistants in A.P Town Planning Subordinate service
pursuant to our selection under notification bearing no 46/2011
dated 29-12-2011 issued by the 2nd respondent as arbitrary
illegal and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to issue
forth with posting orders to us as Town Planning Assistants in
A.P Town Planning Subordinate service. The Hon'ble Tribunal
after giving opportunity to both sides and after hearing at
length, issued Interim Orders dated 05-03-2013 directing the
respondents to consider our cases having degrees of B-Planning
or B.Tech Planning in terms of G.O. Ms. No. 267,dated 10-07-
2012
3. The respondents after getting the order of the Hon’ble Tribunal
above O.A. are intending to file Writ Petition before this Hon’ble
Court in order to get stay orders from this Hon’ble High Court.

4. Under these circumstances it is just necessary in the interest of

justice, that this Hon’ble High Court may be pleased to register
the caveat and issue notice to me or to my counsel Sri
V.R.Machavaram, Advocate, Flat No 4, Block No 6, MIG (OG),
APHB, Baghlingampally, Hyderabad with Mobile Phone No
9948902106, and an opportunity of hearing may be given to me
before passing any urgent order in the W.P/Petition to be filed by
the respondents herein in the matter concerning the orders in
OA No. 684 of 2013 and pass such other order or orders as this
Hon’ble Court deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the
case.
