May it please your Honour,

1. It is submitted that the petitioner is shown as the accused No.1 in the

above case.

2. It is submitted that the petitioner was arrested by the Police of W.P.S.

South Zone, Hyderabad. And the above said produced before the Hon’ble
Court on 10-03 -2016 and the Hon’ble court was pleased to remanded them to
judicial custody.

3. It is submitted that allegation against the petitioner’s is that he has

committed the offences punishable u/s: 489-A, 406,506 IPC Sec 4 & 6 DP ACT.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner denies all the allegations leveled against
him and he have nothing to do with the alleged offences and he had been falsely
implicated in the above case.
5. It is submitted that both the petitioner belongs to a very poor family and
he is the only bread earners member for his family. Moreover Petitioner
/Accused No.1 has to look after his old age parents.
6. It is submitted that the petitioner is the permanent resident of Hyderabad
and that there is no apprehension of petitioner’s absconding or tampering with
the prosecution evidence.

7. It is submitted that the Police has completed the investigation and examined
all the important witnesses and mere only a charge sheet needs to be filed.

8. It is submitted that this is the First bail petition and no similar petition is
filed or pending before any other Court Of Law.

It is, therefore, prayed that the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to enlarge
the petitioner on bail in the interest of justice.
