Let us say that you are a Hotelier, a person who owns and manages an establishment which is
“hotel” what kind of strategic operation you would likely use in order for your hotel to stay in the
market in the long run. (30pts.)

If I am given a chance to be hotelier and manage an establishment which is hotel,

I will put a well trained and professional team to help me made a strategic plan for my
business. I will collect their ideas, study and evaluate it properly with their help to
provide a better and best plan ever. Because, I do believe in their experience and
knowledge in running this kind of business. Of course, still I will be the last one to decide
and approve so everything must plan and decide carefully to avoid future problems. I will
use the social media platforms to promote the quality services and amenities that were
offering to guest. Especially, the world-class cuisine that my professional chefs from
different countries are cooking how delicious it is that they must try it in their own. The
breathtaking pools, spa, sauna, jacuzzi, function halls and hallways that they must
experience when they visit and stay in my hotel. Also, every month of the year especially
during special holidays I will made some promotions for guest to avail in a fair and best
price that they could afford. Especially, for returning guest I will offer them discounts
and privileges for them to patronize more the establishment. I will get into partnership
also with other like airlines, schools, hospitals and groups because they bring a large
number of guests during their staycation. A big impact also this time are those vloggers
that has a lot of subscribers that they will document their stay and uploaded it in
YouTube for their viewers to watch. Of course, most especially hiring a hardworking and
dedicated employees that will work together to achieve those success in the business.
