Please urge your child to do his/ her best to gain good results in the examination. Please be reminded that it is the school policy to reward students who achieve better results in the Final Examination than the First Term Examination. ‘Attached please find the examination time-table and exam contents for your reference. Specific details are as follows: 1, F1-F2 students will have regular lessons until 8th July and the examination will begin on 11% July. 2. Examination break is granted for students with no examination in morning and afternoon session. 3. Students report attendance at 8:00 am for morning session and 1:00 pm for afte moon session of examination, If no examination is arranged in the first session, students should report attendance half an hour before the start ofthe next session. 4. Mark Checking is arranged on 26 and 27% July from 8:00a.m to 12:30p.m. 5. Please limit the time your child spend online. Observation and surveys have confirmed that students’ attention and their studies have been adversely affected by long hours spent on mobile phone. Please supervise and limit their time spent on the mobile phone so that they can allocate their time appropriately for study and rest. They should be reminded the importance of preparing, themselves well for achieving good academic performance. In case if you find that the problem is very serious and you need further assistance, you may contact the school at any time. Remarks: 1. If student is unable to attend any examination session, he/ she should notify the school beforehand. Casual leave should be applied beforehand while sick leave should be accompanied by a doctor’s certificate. Absence without permission would lead to ZERO mark in the examination, 2. Students who are undergoing government compulsory quarantine or awaiting results of COVID-19 tests should not attend examinations at school. He/ She should notify class teacher or General Office immediately and continue the examination at school only when a negative test result is received Do not use erasable ball pen. ‘The arrangements for F4 and F5 Music (DSE) examinations will be made by ATEC. 5. _ If school is suspended due to adverse weather conditions, the examination scheduled for that day ‘will be postponed to the Saturday in the same week. 6.
