Your application for the 2023-24 FLEX Secondary School Scholarship was reviewed by the U.S.
selection committee. I regret to inform you that you have not been selected to receive a
scholarship.

We realize that this news is a disappointment. Many applications were received and the number
of scholarships is, unfortunately, very limited. The U.S. selection committee considered many
factors, including each student's academic merit, essay responses, interview, and
recommendations. Unfortunately, we could not accept all of the highly qualified applicants to
this year's program.

Thank you for the time and effort you took to complete the application and your interest in the
FLEX Program. My best wishes for much success in your studies.
