Through the self -study
accreditation process at our school, my colleagues and I examine our teaching practice at the classroom and school-wide level to improve in specific ways. For example, in my section "What Students Learn," my colleague and I identified several areas of growth such as sharing assessment data more regularly and across grade levels and expanding our assessments to first and second grade.
