HEALTHY HABITS IN MY DAILY LIFE

Good morning teacher and classmates today I am going to present my list of


healthy habits.
PRESENTATION:
Healthy lifestyle habits improve your physical, emotional and mental state. In this
research work we have tried to highlight some:
1. HYDRATE
Drink the recommended daily amount of water, especially since in summer many fluids
are lost through sweat. Increase fluid intake before, during and after sports practice.
2. PROTECT YOUR SKIN
Choose a suitable sunscreen for your skin type. You can also protect yourself by using
glasses and caps or hats.
3. SLEEP 7-8 HOURS
Take your time to recover your energy and do not let work stress or anxiety disturb your
sleep.
4. IMPROVE YOUR DIET
Seek to always maintain a balanced diet, adequately ingesting carbohydrates, lipids,
proteins and vitamins.
5. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
Physical activity allows us to maintain a healthy body weight, develop more strength and
resistance.

6. READ A BOOK

Reading is an excellent distraction habit, as it connects us to other fictional or real


stories, and even increases our vocabulary.
7. AVOID JUNK FOOD CONSUMPTION
The high consumption of ultra-processed products can cause diseases such as
obesity, diabetes, hypertension and weakens the immune system.
8. PERSONAL HYGIENE
Taking care of our personal hygiene has effects on physical and mental health. Taking
care of ourselves is giving ourselves value.
9. ENJOY YOUR FREE TIME WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY
Humans are social beings who form bonds that must be cared for and maintained.

10. AVOID CONSUMPTION OF TOXIC SUBSTANCES

They generate alterations in the functions that regulate thoughts, emotions and behavior.
CONCLUSION
Leading a healthy lifestyle, full of good habits, generates a feeling of physical and internal
well-being, in the short and long term. Putting aside bad habits and choosing a healthy
life improves your mood, prevents your body from suffering from chronic diseases,
increases your physical and mental health, and promotes cognitive development.
