AFFIDAVIT
(RE: Change Color of Motor Vehicle)

I, REYNALDO R. TANGHAL, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and

with business address at No. 78 Concepcion Street, Morning Breeze Subdivision,
Caloocan City, after having been sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose
and state;

1. That I am the EVP/General Manager of GOLDROCK

CONSTRUCTION AND DEVT. CORP., a corporation duly
organized and existing under the laws of the Philippines with office
located at No. 78 Concepcion Street, Morning Breeze Subdivision,
Caloocan City;

2. That the corporation owned a vehicle with the following

descriptions:

MODEL : FORD RANGER 4 x 4 XLT TWO TONE

SERIAL No.. : MNCLSFE403W330579
COLOR : Spruce Green Mica/Graphite Interior
ENGINE NO. : WLAT380475
PLATE NO. : XNK 122

3. That by authority of the board of the corporation, I have been

authorized to change the color of said vehicle from Spruce Green
Mica to MAROON and effect the said change before the Land
Transportation Office (LTO);

4. That I am executing this affidavit in order to attest to the truth of

the foregoing facts and circumstances and for whatever legal
purpose this may serve;
