DETAILED LESSON PLAN IN ENGLISH

I. OBJECTIVES
At the end of the lesson, the students should be able to:
• define the different Literary Devices;
• site the importance of Literary Devices; and,
• construct meaningful sentences using different literary devices.

1. Opening Prayer

3. Classroom Management

and arrange your chair afterwards.

4. Attendance
I can see vacant chairs at the back. Who’s absent for

5. Review
Before we proceed to our new topic, who can give me an
answer right now of what was our previous lesson?

will then be given a paper for you to arrange the jumbled letters
to form a word and you will post your output on the chalkboard.

8. Abstraction Sir, based on the words presented, I think


our topic is all about literary devices.
