 Transaction: Transaction ZMM001 – List of Materials allows you to obtain listings of SAP materials/articles according to what the user wants at the time of the search.

Among the various delimiting fields of this transaction, we can highlight the following:
(1) Center: Restricts the search to the indicated cost center (ex: 2000, 2800 or 4310);
(2) Material group: Restrict the search to one or more material groups (ex: 108601 or 106901001)
(3) Nr material: Restricts the search to one or several materials/articles;
(4) Material Type: Restricts the search according to the indicated material type(s) (ex: ZPEC, ZMAT or ZAEQ);
(5) Manufacturer part number: Restricts the search according to the manufacturer reference (part number) indicated.

 The search for SAP materials/articles can be carried out from the material short text or from the manufacturer part number.

2. The Multiple Selection for Material Number popup will open, in which the Multiple Selection
The Short Text of the material corresponds to the description of the SAP article, in any of the option must be selected again.

For your search, the following steps must be carried out:

5. The Language code must also be defined according to the desired language in the search for
the key-words of the desired material (ex; PT-Portuguese, EN-English).

Searching by manufacturer part number limits, as its name implies, the search according to the
manufacturer's reference of the intended material.

This search is only applicable when the manufacturer part number is already parameterized.

In the case presented, manufacturer reference 6152-15-5830, 20 Entries were found,
corresponding to 1 articles, F6152-15-5830, in each of the centers (Cen.) in which the article is
created.
In the Material view by merchandise category, it is also possible to delimit the search for materials
in the remaining available options, namely :
(1) Grp . Material Groups- limits search by the indicated Material group;
(2) Material Type- Limits search by SAP material type (ZMAT, ZPEC, ZFSE, …)
(3) Material Description- Limits search by material/article description;
(4) Mfr Part Number- Limits search by manufacturer reference;
(5) Material- Limits search by material/article SAP code;
(6) Plant- Limits search by indicated center;
(7) Base Unit Measure- Limits search by material/article's basic unit of measure;
(8) Storage Location- Limits search by indicated deposit;
(9) Basic Material- limits search by brand/manufacturer of material/article;
(a) Maximim Nº Of Hits.- It is not a search option, it is a search entry limiter, with a maximum
limit of 9999 occurrences.
