2. Employee/Staff shall not be required to lodge, deposits their original identity paper (such as a
national identity card, educational certificate etc.) with their employer. Only photocopy is kept to
their personal file.
3. USBL has issued an appointment letter or employment contact agreement to concern employee.
After taking acknowledgement, only duplicate copy is kept to the concern personal file.
3. UBSL has not taken any employment fees from workers or money deposits / guarantee monies or
stamp agreement / original certificate / health check fees / are verification fees when we are selecting
for employment.
6. After appointment, next 6 months are considered as probation period, which is not extendable.
7. No discharged or dismissed workers of the company shall be re-employed except under the
requirements of law. Re-employment will be accepted on only extra ordinary circumstance with
special approval by the Management.

8. Those who have been convicted by any court of law for criminal offences will not be considered for
employment.
9. Unique Business systems Limited provides various types of training internal or externally by
company’s own cost. After training, concern person may require to resign from service. If any
employee wants to resign, he/she can. There is no training agreement with workers level employees
of Unique Business systems Limited.
10. If any applicant or employee thinks that he/she is discriminated under any circumstances can report
to counselor. Counselor will immediately discuss the issue with the management and if needed
may hold detail enquiry.
11. Unique Business systems Limited Sometimes provides loan if the employee apply for that and they
will repay by installment form their salary. If he/she required leaving or resigning, he/she can adjust
his/her remaining amount form his salary.
