    Balongating, Guipos, Zamboanga del Sur for the Period of July to September 2018 amounting to

    TWENTY SIX THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (P 26,400.00).

    This request is being made in order to purchase the items reflected in the work and financial

    plan and to facilitate efficiently the immediate liquidation of the same.
