Implementation Policy
Policy Statement:
Unique Business System Ltd shall be implemented and integrate this Code and
accompanying applicable laws into its business practices and submit to verification and
monitoring.
Procedure:
Unique Business System Limited has printed & written all policy & procedure, some
information we are stored by electronically. It includes, but is not limited to, records,
reports, notices, complaints, computer files, personnel files, payroll and timekeeping
records, emails and other correspondence.
UBSL always transparent for all policy & procedure, information, record, practices i.e.
working hour / company policy, wage payment employee’s personel file, grievance
handling, Harassment & abuse policy.

Training:
Human Resources Personnel are required to attend Staff briefings on their legal duties and
responsibilities in the handling of harassment and abuse allegations.
All Staff are required to attend the training on how to handle allegations of harassment and
abuse brought to their attention, either informally, or as part of the formal Grievance
Procedure.
All new recruit person are required to be made aware of this policy and to be encouraged to
ask questions and to seek clarification on any aspect of the policy which is not clear.
Skills training is also be required for those who may receive the complaints, not only on how
to deal with the complaints, but also mediation and conflict resolution skills, and delegates
to these training workshops should include supervisors, managers, and human resource
personnel.
