P During our fire safety survey within base camp contractors facilities Antonoil chemical WH we observed:

R 1. The storage of the empty chemical drums is a cause for concern. The system in place replicates that used in the
T warehouse. 2. Improper
C waste management within the WH this is a cause for concern. The existing system is a mirror image of that used in
the contractor’s warehouse that was destroyed by fire in July 2014. 3. The housekeeping in
the warehouse area can be considerably enhanced by re arranging the storage process and introducing a neat stacking
system.

HSE representative been informed to take action within 6 days to comply with the findings in the report and rectify
immediately.It is also strongly advised that the large stack be broken down into smaller units. The area should be
