Greetings of Peace and Goodwill!

Linda Creed through the lyrics, “Show them the beauty they possess inside….Give them a
sense of pride….” from her song, The Greatest Love of All, reminds us that whatever the
children have achieved, monumental or small should be celebrated for them to feel that in
their own little way they had excelled and our school, Dingle Central Elementary School
aims to develop a well-rounded learners both in academic and non – academic.

In line with this, DCES will hold a Coronation Program for Mr. and Miss DCES 2020 on
December 15, 2022 and we would like to ask permission from your good office to permit
us to hold a parade from 7:30 to 9:00 o’clock in the morning following the route in the
following streets; DCES Grounds – Devera St. – Sinoy St. – Sanico St. – Roces St. – Muyco St. –
Potente St. – Luntao – Patubo St. – Dacudao St. - Dr. Rufino A. Palabrica II Science Building. In
addition, we would like to request assistance from Dingle Philippine National Police to
serve as marshall as well as provide security and safety of the participants in the said
parade.

We know that as our ardent advocates for the holistic growth and development of our
learners, we can rely on your positive reponse regarding this matter.
