Concessionaires and Consultants through Data Lake Software instead of GATI portal. Ref. :-NHAIPolicy Circular No. : 6.22/2020 dated 28" January, 2020 and NHAV/IT/Gati-Portal/Monitoring. In order to bring transparency and speed up the decision making in NHAI, the GATI Portal was created by NHAl for quick response/ decision from NHAl Official on the project related issue. In this portal, the Contractors/ Concessionaires/ User fee collecting agencies and consultant (AEs/IEs) can raise any project specific issue like delay in decision, including payments, or lodge any other grievance. 2. Later, NHAI have created Data Lake software wherein all the stakeholders viz. Contractors/ Concessionaires/ User fee collecting agencies and consultant (AESIIEs) are registered. The Data Lake software have functionality whereby the stakeholders can directly submit all documents w.r.t. the project and such document is handled within NHAI with its integrated work flow. 3. In order to avoid any duplication, it is decided that henceforth all Contractors/ Concessionaires/ User fee collecting agencies and consultant (AEs/IEs) are requested to bring out their pending issues and grievances for quick decision/ resolution on Data Lake instead of GATI portal. Any pending issues or grievances presently raised in GATI portal also needs to be raised in Data Lake software. The issues and grievances, if any, raised in Data Lake will be handled by the concemed PIUs/ ROs/ HQs (GMs and CGMs). 4. A User Manual of raising issues and grievances in Data Lake software is attached herewith, 5. This issues with the approval of Competent Authority. Yours sincerely e (P.K. Contractor Login >with credentials then choose option “Request & Grievance” then click on Grievance option 2-After filling required field submit all the information & will save in grid 3-In AE login->3 options will appear 1-Approve 2-Reject 3-Seek Clarification AE can take action according to situation as per mentioned option
