The fair DPR has been checked in this office amounting

to Rs. 156.93 Lacs only on the basis of manuscript DPR already been
checked vide this office letter No. 9094-95 Dated 08.10.2021
amounting to Rs. 157.97 Lacs only.
If approved we may send the fair DPR in duplicate to
the E-in-c HPPWD Shimla-2 for accord of its approval from the
competent authority.

overall amount quoted by the lowest contractor Sh. Piar Chand Chauhan
Govt. Contractor comes to Rs. 1,28,72,300.00/- only i.e. 11.21% below the
amount put to tender.
The justification statement has been checked in this office
amounting to Rs. 1,44,97,000.00/-only which is at par the amount put to
tender.
The rates/overall amount quoted by the lowest contractor is
well within the justification/sanctioned amount.
There is no unbalance amount quoted by the lowest
contractor.
 If approved we may call the contractor for negotiation for
which time and date may kindly be fixed.

The rate for extra item No. (1) checked for Rs. 8544.20/-
