Research problem:

 Work Immersion
 The impact of it on career path on selected grade 12 students

Rationale:

This aims to better equip senior high school students for college, work or business; develop life and
career skills; and have attitudes, appreciation and respect for work. It also allows them to have a smooth
transition from school to work after they gain valuable experience.

Through immersion research we seek to understand the processes, motivations,

behaviours and attitudes of people through informally 'hanging out' , having two-way
conversations, observation and experiences over several days and nights in a community.

Significance: The work immersion is highly effective and highly contributed to enhancing the social
development of the graduates. the students are exposed to and become familiar with work-
related environment related to their field of specialization to enhance their competence.

Objective: To determine the impact of work immersion on career path on Grade 12 students.

Methods and Design: Qualitive Design

Respondent: Grade 12 Senior High School Students Of Mobo national high school

Sample Size: 20 STUDENTS

Sampling technique: Stratified
