1/2. Teacher Jung asked her 3 students to bring the results of examinations to three classrooms
located near the 2nd floor. Each are given a cart to help assist them for faster dissemination of the
papers. Take note that all of them are pushing their cart at a horizontal distance with a constant
speed
(a). Heejin is tasked to bring the exams to section Bunny and pushed the cart with a force of 10
N and a distance of 50 m.
(b). Hyunjin to section Cat and pushed her cart with a force of 20 N with a distance of 1 km.
(c). Lasty, Chuu to section Penguin she pushed her cart with 30 N and has the farthest distance
with 2 km.

3. Kimberly and Jinsoul went on their first date this coming weekend. The couple agreed that to
eliminate the awkwardness that’s looming between they must go on an arcade. A lot of game
machines are present, but one truly caught their eye it’s the Hammer bell machine wherein you
must strike the machine with a hammer to ring the bell a top. A competition begins. Calculate the
work and make a conclusion.
(a). Jinsoul hammered the machine with a force of 40 N making the bell ringer travel a distance
of 10 m at an angle of 30 degrees.
(b). Kimberly struck the machine with a force of 60 N and the bell ringer goes on to travel a
distance of 30 m with an angle of 50 degrees.

4. Yves, is role playing for a video game as a sniper. She positioned herself a top of a building
with her sniper rifle looking below the ground to assassinate the target. However, the target
notices her and proceeds to run. Yves quickly run down with a distance of 5 m to reposition and
shoot her shot with 304 N at an angle of 20 degrees.

5. Olivia, threw a Lego block with a force of 25 N travelling a horizontal distance of 6 m and
landing on a book at an angle of 30 degrees. Identify the work done by the applied force?
