Sir,

Under the instruction and authority from Mr. Pethalal hereinafter referred to as “Our
Client”, S/o XYZ, a resident of XYZ area. We hereby serve you the Legal Notice with
the following Terms and Conditions:-

1. That my client is an electronic store owner under the name of Pethalal and Sons
Electronics.
2. That my client is engaged in the business of providing electronic goods and
services, and repairing electronic items, etc.
3. That in the month of August 2020 you approached my client for the repairment
of an electronic item and also ordered goods and services from my client.
Against your valid and confirmed orders my client executed his portion of job
and worked diligently, with utmost punctuality and sincerity from time to time
after obtaining legitimate and confirmed orders on credit basis and maintained
an account book. You have not paid even a single amount and have a running
credit account in my client's account books, which is used in the normal course
of business.
4. That my client has issued invoices against you for each and every job
completed, and you also have acknowledged receipt of the same invoices raised
by my client.
5. That, despite acknowledging your debt to pay the outstanding principal amount
of Rs x,xx,xxx /-, you have miserably failed to make payment of the said
outstanding amount due to my client from you, and as a result, you are liable to
pay the said principal balance amount of Rs x,xx,xxx /-, plus interest at the rate
of 6% per annum. As it is generally and customarily prevailing in trade usages,
which comes to Rs Y,yy,yyy /- from the date of due until actual realisation of
the said sum.
6. That thus you are liable to pay the total amount of Rs. Y,yy,yyy /- till date to
my above-named client and my client is entitled to recover the same from you.
7. That my client has requested the release of the said outstanding payment several
times via telephonic message and by sending a personal messenger, Battu Kaka,
to your office, but you have always dallied on various pretexts and have yet to
pay even a single amount out of the said outstanding undisputed amount.

I, therefore, through this Notice finally call upon you to pay to my client Rs. X,xx,xxx/
along with future interest @ 6% p.a. from the date of notice till actual realization of the
said amount, together with notice fee of Rs. Xxxxx /- to my client either in cash or
demand draft or Cheque or transferring movable/immovable property with the market
value of the total outstanding amount, within 30 days from the date of receipt of this
notice, failing which my client has given clear instructions to me to file criminal as well
as the civil suit and Suit for Recovery in the competent court of law and in that event
you will be fully responsible for all costs, risks, responsibilities, expenses and
consequences thereof.
A copy of this Notice has been preserved in my office for record and future course
of action.
