stratification called class. The man at the
right side is an unemployed worker who
rejects opportunity because he is too lazy
to do the work, and do not have any
achievement, cannot define his financial
status, would not risk for improvement, no
abilities, and do not show efforts; so he is
placed also at the lower part of
meritocracy.
