1. The symptoms of flu include fever, cough, sore throat, runny or stuffy
nose, body aches, headache, chills, fatigue, and sometimes vomiting and
diarrhea. Tonsillitis symptoms include sore throat, difficulty swallowing,
fever, swollen tonsils, and tender lymph nodes. Measles symptoms
include fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat, inflamed eyes, a red rash
that spreads all over the body, and small white spots with bluish-white
centers inside the mouth. Mumps symptoms include fever, headache,
muscle aches, tiredness, loss of appetite, and swollen and tender salivary
glands under the ears on one or both sides. Scarlet fever symptoms
include sore throat, fever, a bright red rash that feels like sandpaper,
flushed face, strawberry tongue, and a white coating on the tongue or
back of the throat.
2. Patients who have less severe or non-life-threatening conditions are
usually treated at a polyclinic, while those who have serious or life-
threatening conditions are treated at a hospital.
3. When you fall ill, it is important to rest, stay hydrated, and take any
prescribed medication or over-the-counter remedies. If your symptoms
persist or worsen, it is recommended to seek medical attention from a
healthcare professional.
4. When a doctor comes to examine you, they will usually take your
medical history, check your vital signs such as temperature, blood
pressure, and heart rate, and perform a physical examination to assess
your symptoms and determine the best course of treatment.
5. When you have the flu, you may feel weak, tired, and achy all over your
body. You may also have a high fever, headache, and a dry or productive
cough.
6. A sick person may appear pale, tired, and have dark circles under their
eyes. They may also have a cough, runny nose, and a fever.

7. Some catching diseases include the flu, chickenpox, measles, mumps,


rubella, hepatitis A, and COVID-19.
8. It depends on the country and the employer. In some countries, there are
laws that require employers to provide paid sick leave to their employees,
while in others, it may be up to the discretion of the employer.
