    Important note about Pre-Ph.D.

    Viva (Presentation)

    Three months before the final submission of thesis, a candidate will


    have to make a Pre-Ph.D. Presentation in the concerned department.

    Before appearing for the Pre-Ph.D. viva (Presentation) a candidate has


    to submit a spiral Bound copy of his/her draft thesis, 5 copies of
    abstract to the concerned department and the soft copy of draft
    thesis to the Ph.D. Section before ten days. The files in the CD should
    be in PDF format (make a separate file for cover page, title page, index,
    also a separate file for each chapter i.e. chapter 1, chapter 2……,
    bibliography, etc.,).
