A candidate must make a Pre-Ph.D. presentation three months before submitting their final thesis. Before the presentation, the candidate must submit a spiral bound draft thesis, 5 copies of an abstract, and a soft copy of the draft thesis in separate PDF files to the department and Ph.D. section 10 days prior.

Three months before the final submission of thesis, a candidate will
have to make a Pre-Ph.D. Presentation in the concerned department.
Before appearing for the Pre-Ph.D. viva (Presentation) a candidate has
to submit a spiral Bound copy of his/her draft thesis, 5 copies of abstract to the concerned department and the soft copy of draft thesis to the Ph.D. Section before ten days. The files in the CD should be in PDF format (make a separate file for cover page, title page, index, also a separate file for each chapter i.e. chapter 1, chapter 2……, bibliography, etc.,).
