Assignment 3

Based on the Billings and Bastable text, I wanted to be well-rounded in the approach in

which the material presented in the Sandbox was given. Even though we only had to choose one

material, I wanted to be thorough and give something for all the different learners to be able to

use the most effective. I provided a narrated PowerPoint presentation, a YouTube video, as well

as a brochure handout. For the PowerPoint presentation, I tried to follow the guidelines of

limiting the material to just fifteen minutes as well as not compiling too many words and data, so

to complete this, it should take no more than ten to fifteen minutes. The YouTube video that was

uploaded is only six minutes long and is straightforward to the point of the material being

presented. Complete that activity should only take six minutes. Lastly. The handout and brochure

can be used together with the YouTube video to facilitate each other and help the learner see as

well as watch and understand how the application goes. This activity should take no more than

six to ten minutes if combines with the video. For the next part of this assignment, the way that I

will assess if the learners have grasped the material is by giving a ten to fifteen-question quiz.

The quiz will have a variety of questions that stem from matching, ordering, and multiple choice.

When it is time to present this in class, I would like to have a tourniquet present with me as well

as a mannequin arm, so that members of the class can apply what they have learned through the

material provided to them on Sandbox.
