Hey Directors, here are some Business Strategies I would like you all to focus upon.

This will
allow our business to become more sustainable and competitive within the health sector
and our Solar Business. I am outlining some Business market strategies for you all to ponder
on and utilise in our future business endeavours. I am emphasizing on marketing initiatives
because it allows us to see what other competitors strategies are so we can be a cut above
them.

Business Marketing Strategies


When it comes to marketing your small business, it's essential to target the right audience.
When we develop a strategy that focuses on the right customer, we will be able to gain the
attention of additional consumers who are likely to be interested in what we have to offer.
Some of these include:

 Knowledge of our target market


 A competitor Analysis on companies in the same industry
 Create buyer personas
 Using demographic data (child, adult, everyone)
 Segmentation of your target audience (groups of individuals with different needs)

Email Marketing, we should also consider as it is one of the most effective strategies
businesses use to gain awareness. It is a good way to connect with potential customers who
are not yet familiar with our company. When embarking on email marketing some of the
following should be considered:

 Compile a list of potential consumers


 Research the businesses we want to target and gain some insight on who the
hierarchies are.
 Write a personal email to introduce your business and give a brief explanation of
why they may be a good fit for our products and services.
 Make phone calls to follow up with emails sent
 Record the results of your communications with the potential customers and adjust
your strategy to suit

When it comes to advertising your business, there are several different strategies that you
can use. However, not all of these strategies will be effective for your business. One of the
most frequently used is online marketing with a range of different platforms and social
media advertising. Another Online Marketing Strategy is Search engine optimisztion (SEO).
This involves optimizing your website in that it appears in higher in search engine results.

Influencers should be used by our company to also create and build awareness. This means
that between each of us we ought to sway individuals with our opinions to gain their
attention which will also help generate revenue. The results of this strategic approach would
allow us to promote our products on a wider scale and gain the attention of our followers.

Providing incentives is another strategic method used to gain attention of consumers such
as; a percentage off your products or services or a free product with their purchase.
Quantity pricing is also a good incentive where consumers can pay for more than one of the
same items and pay less. Additionally, loyalty programs we can even offer to give those loyal
customers rewards for their continued loyalty to our company.

Form an Email Listing


Building an email list isn't hard. It doesn't take much time or any special skills to do, and
once it's done it saves you a lot of time in the future.

Double-down on what works.

Once we have our initiatives running and we feel out a few things, we then analyse our data
to gain knowledge on what actually works. As we do this, it will be a good idea to double-
down on proven methods that will not only sustain the business but also generate revenue.

whenever we make an improvement or provide any additional products to our website.
