Mission
To establish an environment where individuals can access healthcare
through various levels, with professional medical attention readily
available on entry.
Vision
To become a highly customer oriented establishment where customer
service is not only satisfactory and retainable but exceeds beyond all
customer’s expectation and comfort.

Goals and Objectives

To introduce to the public both a pharmacy and clinic and generate the
projected sum of $250,000 by the end of 2023.
To gain customer awareness by having a proper marketing plan in place.

Target Customers.
The Business’s target audience will be all individuals from various
demographic backgrounds.
Promotions Strategy.
The Promotion strategy to be used by the business in order to gain
customer awareness would be advertising through various mediums such
as; Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Tik Tok. Furthermore
advertisements will also be done through radio broadcast, television and
by way of flyers in the Sunday express. Advertisement shall also be
done via the ministry of health’s website

The chart above illustrates the operations plan consisting of personnel.

The manager, will be overseeing the business operations and ensure that
the objectives are carried out by staff. The supervisor shall supervise all
floor staff and report any discrepancies to the manager. The doctor will
provide medical attention as well as medical advice to customers and
shall support the pharmacist when needed. The customer service
representative (CSR) shall provide assistance to customers and restock

aisles and shelves with products. The pharmacist shall be responsible for
providing prescription medication for consumers.

Hours of operation
The store hours of operation for East Gate pharmaclinic shall be Monday
to Friday from 7am to 7pm, weekends and public holidays from
9am to 5pm. Doctor visits will be from Monday to Friday between
the hours of 9am and 3pm.
Major Processes involved
The major processes for the business will consist of the following:
Marketing- Gaining the attention of customers and building a demand
for our products and services.
Sales- Influencing customers to purchase products with discount
coupons to be distributed.
Financial gains- Generating enough revenue to keep the business
operational and sustainable

excellence. The business will focus on two types of quality control,
