Title: The Human Body

summarize the levels or organization within the human body.

7.L.3B. Multicellular organisms (including humans) are complex systems with specialized cells
that perform specific functions. Organs and organ systems are composed of cells that function
to serve the needs of cells which in turn serve the needs of the organism.

7.L.3B.2.Construct explanations for how systems in the human body (including circulatory,
respiratory, digestive, excretory, nervous, and musculoskeletal systems) work together to
support the essential life functions of the body.

Description: The app lesson will develop middle school students' understanding and
knowledge by focusing on anatomy and the human body.

Instructional objectives: Students will explore and learn more about the human body by doing
hands-on activities and completing tasks through apps to gain knowledge by remembering
some of the bones and body parts in the body.

Step 1: Students will see the human body bone diagram and learn each of the bones on the
body through a 3D model.

Step 2: Students will watch an instructional video on the human body using the Khan Academy
app.
