2004.

2 Units 240 Mw each.

Work expirience of 19 years in the field of Electric Power Generation.

Current position of Operations Management managing 4 guards for the continuous operation of the plant.

Oparations Guards made up of a shift leader, two control room operators, two turbine and BOP operators,
two boiler operators and an ash handling operator.

Each unit consists of two circulating fluidized bed boilers with petroleum coke as fuel, a turbogroup and its
auxiliary systems, pneumatic systems for the transport of redidual ash from the process, electrostatic
precipitators and other electrical equipment, in low, medium and high voltaje.

improvement.

• Manage compliance with the training programs of the personnel in charge in order to guarantee that the
personnel is properly trained and qualified.

• Generate the reports or reports of the operation of the units in a timely manner to the different users,
both internal and external.

• Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Asset Management System and the Safety, Hygiene and
Environmental Regulations.

Constant interaction with Government agencies (CFE, CENACE) as well as clients of the Grupo Peñoles
power plant and CEMEX.

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of Mechanics, Instrumentation, control, electricity, computing, Physics, Chemistry,

Thermodynamics, Process control.

• Detailed knowledge of the operation and maintenance of Steam Turbines, Boilers, Generator, BOP and
pretreatment & water treatment systems.

• Ability to make decisions in a timely manner

• Extensive experience in the use of personal computers and numerous software applications.

Ability to work productively independently and as a member of the overall plant team.
• Ability to understand complex contractual issues related to plant operations.

• Availability to work as a team with the different guards of the Operations department.

• Knowledge of work risks

• Ability to work under pressure, to understand, analyze and solve problems, to operate and handle
