The document discusses key aspects of persuasive writing and argumentative essays. It states that persuasive writing aims to convince readers of a particular side or position using logic and evidence. An effective thesis is specific and expresses the main idea without being ambiguous. An argumentative essay also tries to persuade, and it should have a clear claim supported by evidence and reasoning to convince readers. It explains that a good argument has three parts - a claim, evidence to support the claim, and a warrant to show the relevance of the evidence. Logic and clear language are also important to effectively structure an argument and avoid fallacious reasoning.

Persuasion is a separate branch of writing that consist controversial issue.it is a
writing about perusing people what side I am taking and making them persuade that I am correct. Persuasion is different than description, narration exposition etc. While writing pinion or major point of the writing is thesis. Again, limiting subject is important for effective writing but finding the thesis is more important. By limited subject we have a chance of producing good paper with a good thesis. Here thesis will be the main idea of the paragraph but the thesis is not the whole essay. A good thesis may have secondary idea but not all the time. A good thesis is specific and not ambiguous. Thesis is helpful when someone wants to deal with the idea of passage in far more interesting way. Thesis can be visible at the first para in most of the cases. A thesis is only reflection of the brain in the writing. It is not the tittle but express the main idea. Moreover, In the chapter it also talks about writing competent direction and how writing with a thesis helps the steps come together in the readers mind and give them a comforting sense of security.
After reading chapter 2 I understood:
Argumentized essay is a kind of essay helps to convince the reader. Argument must be logical and must have evidence to support it. We can also say it is a writing piece meant to persuade someone to think the way you do. So basically, argumentation is the art of convincing other with logic and evidence. An argument composed of three parts: claim, support and warrant. Claim is the argument we give to support the central statement. Writing claim means writing strong proof to support the essay. Again, support refers to persuade the reader in the claim. Like convincing them to believe the claim. Lastly Support indicated the relevance of claim. It is a guarantee of reliability. In addition, definition, language and logic is very important too. Definition refers to defining the problem first. A problem must be well defined before touching the solution. Again. Language is important because it defines the clarity of though and avoid the cliches. Lastly logic has significs to cause without this the whole idea will be absurd. Understanding the way how this reasoning processes works can help us to determine the truth and validity of the argument and also it will help us to identify the faulty reasoning in our passage.
