Gradation of Grammar lesson from unit 1 to unit 10 in Gateway 2 textbook

 Few reviews of previous taught grammar lessons.For example, unit 2 practice past perfect without previous
revision of simple past.

Unit could have a comparison between tenses to avoid confusion.

 I‌ n unit 1 : the use of infinitive and gerund, page 17 , activity C was not well chosen as it is similar to activity
B.
 The suggested order for the units: it’s not pedagogically accepted to reorder the units, except for a term not
for th whole school year.

‌Unit2 : Past perfect and lonking words

‌Unit 3:Phrasal verbs

‌Unit 4 :Future perfect

‌Unit 5: Conditional type 3

‌Unit 6: Non restrictive and restrictive clauses

‌Unit 7 :Modals ( present ,past and passive)

‌Unit 8: Passive voice

‌Unit 9 : Learn more about phrasal verbs

‌Unit 10: Review and practice reported speech If only . Practise the use of ' if only/wish' in the past.

 -Reorder the pages ( put page 99 after 95 )
