MINUTES OF MEETING THE LUPONG TAGAPAMAYAPA OF BARANGAY IMMACULADA CONCEPCION –

ROSARY HEIGHTS 2, COTABATO CITY HEL AT THE OFFFICE OF THE LUPONG TAGAPAMAYAPA ON
August 13 ,2022 AT 1:30 IN THE AFTERNOON.

2. Lupon Accomplishments for June, 2022

PRESIDER: Christopher Anthony G. Coraza- Punong Barangay & Lupon Chairman

The meeting started at 1:00 in the afternoon with an Opening Prayer from Lupon Wilson Suan. This
followed by the Pambansang Awit and the Awit ng Cotabato. The Presiding Officer acknowledged the
presence of the Lupon Members.

The roll call made by the Lupon Secretary showed the presence of a quorum. Afterwards, the minutes of
last month’s meeting was read by Lupon Secretary. No corrections and clarifications were made to the
previous minutes. Thus, it was approved by the body.

Agenda #1. Katarungan Pambarangay Cases

 Hon. Christopher Anthony G. Coraza Punong Barangay/Lupon Chairman

observe that past few months that has no cases in our Barangay some
problem but the Lupon Chairman and Lupon member can handle it and
solve in the sudden problem in our Barangay.
 Hon. Christopher Anthony G. Coraza Punong Barangay/Lupon Chairman it is
also a good for us that the cases decrease and all the cases that usually that
we catered is Credit/Barrowing money.
 And also Mr. Coraza said also be careful for the Borrowing of money cases
that we handle, we make I sure it is a legal.

Agenda #2. Lupon Accomplishment for July, 2022

 Wilson Suan Lupon member report that has no cases for the month of
July, 2022

ADJOURMENT:

No other matters were discussed. The meeting was adjourned at 3:30 in the afternoon,
I hereby certify to the correctness of the above mention minutes of the meeting.
