1.Introduction

This document describes the SG6250HV-MV container installation and fixing solution.

These drawings are not for construction, only for information purpose, showing the factors to be considered when
designing the foundations. The final engineering drawings must be prepared by professional personal.

This document is intended to be used by the specific addressees. No part of this document may be reproduced or
distributed in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of Sungrow Power Supply Co., Ltd.

2.Recommended foundation design

As inverter station manufacturer, Sungrow proposes an economic foundation design foundation that only to support
the stress points of SG6250HV-MV container with pillars. Refer to below diagram for detail.

Note: specific foundation design is required to finish by professional and qualified engineer.

3.Container fixing solution

As proposed foundation design solution, Sungrow provides 2 methods for container fixing. Client could select either
one solution to fix according to actual requirements.

Solution 1:

Sungrow provides 8 type L connection steel panels with screw holes which could be fixed by screws between
container and pillars.

When adopts this method, it is only fixed 8 pillars in the middle with 4 corners ignored. However, it needs expansion
and anchoring bolt to fix on pillars and it is required higher accuracy for tools and operator.

Solution 2:

Sungrow proposed foundation design also support welding fixing for SG6250HV-MV container. Refer to below
diagram for detail.

If adopts this method, it needs to pre-embedded #30 C steel channel on the pillars. When container is placed on the
pillars, it requires to be fully welded touching interface between container base and C steel panel of all pillars.
Although, it is more popular among clients by operate simply and easily and high fault tolerance

Most clients prefer to select welding fixing solution for quick installation in actual solar projects except indicated bolting
fixing.
