    1M Tris pH7.4: 0.4mL, 5M NaCl: 1.2mL, 10% SDS 0.4 mL, 10% NP-40: 4.0mL,
    200mM Met 2.0mL, 0.5M EDTA: 0.16mL, Protease Inhibitor Cocktails: 40uL and
    H2O: 31.84mL --> Total Volume: 40mL

    Buffer II (Dilution Buffer)


    1M Tris pH7.4: 0.4mL, 10% SDS 0.4 mL, 10% NP-40: 0.4mL, (200mM Met 2.0mL,)
    0.5M EDTA: 0.16mL, Protease Inhibitor  Cocktails: 40uL and H2O: 37.04mL --> Total
    Volume: 40mL

    Buffer III (Wash Buffer)


    1M Tris pH7.4: 2.0mL, 10% SDS 2.0mL, 10% NP-40: 2.0mL, 200mM Met 10mL,
    0.5M EDTA: 0.8mL, and H2O: 183.2mL --> Total Volume: 200mL
