Ano ang aral na natutunan mo sa subject natin ngayon? (3 sentences)
To be Honest as a leader in our church na kinabibilangan ko marami akong
natutunan sa unang araw ng talakayan sa Ministry of Team Building but I can say
that the major lesson I have learned is we cannot do anything of real value alone.
This major knowledge I learned reminds me na kahit gaano kahusay ang isang tao
kakailanganin pa rin natin ang tulong ng bawat isa. It also give me an insight na mas
magiging maayos, maganda at makabuluhan ang bawat gagawin natin kung tayo ay
magtutulong-tulong as a team and with that perspective we can achieve more at we
become successful in everything we want.

Ano ang encouragement mo sa mga classmates mo bilang part ng team ng 2nd

year student?
“Part of every successful life is a failure”, With that I will encourage them by
sharing my own testimony kung bakit ako nagpapatuloy at bakit ako hindi sumusuko
sa kabila ng mga hardship na naexperience ko. Naniniwala ako na ang magandang
encouragement sa bawat isa ay ang pagbabahagi ng sariling karanasan dahil dito
makikita ng bawat isa kung gaano kabuti ang Diyos sa buhay ko, kung paano ako
sinamahan ng Diyos to the point na I want to kill my own life but still I will continue
serving God and continue seeking His kingdom. With my testimony I will encourage
them by reminding them na ano man ang maari nating pagdaanan always remember
na hindi lang tayo basta sinasamahan ng Diyos kung hindi buhat-buhat nya tayo at
hindi nya tayo pababayaan.

Paano nakakatulong sa team ninyo yung mga members na may negative

attitude?
Nakakatulong sa team naming yung mga members na may negative attitude
sapagkat sila yung nagpapakita ng tunay na reyalidad ng buhay, tinutulungan nila
kame na magkaroon ng mahabang pasensya, tinutulungan nila kame to also think na
in every decision we make ay maaring may negatibong mangyari so with that
nakakabuo kame ng alternative way if sakaling mag failed yung first decision namin,
nakakatulong sila sa amin in order for us to realized the negativity is part of life that
we need to overcome na ang buhay hindi lagging positibo minsan may mga
negatibong pangyayari na kailangan naming mapagtagumpayan. Higit sa lahat it
serves us our preparation on how to handle people with different attitude.
Everytime na may Challenges sa team, paano mo sila natutulungan?
Helping them to analyze the situations and giving them suggestions or opinions
on how are we going to overcome the challenges that we are facing and of course
motivating them that we can overcome it if we help one another and we put our trust
in God.

Kamusta ka bilang part ng 2nd year student?

Based on my self-evaluation I can say that okay naman ako as part of 2nd-
year student because I know that as much as I can I am willing to help them and
guide them.
