 INTRODUCTION

Food, Nutrition and Health is one of my subjects of

choice in the Agricultural Science Stream. My name
is Jeheil Albert and I am attending Berbice
Educational Institute in Grade 10AG. I chose this
subject because it teaches you about cooking and
your health which plays a big role in life. This can
help me in the future by cooking a healthy and well
prepared meal for my family or maybe becoming a
chef who knows. So I will keep working hard to excel
in Food, Nutrition and Health.
