1. How has technology influenced marketing? Give examples from real life.
R/. New technologies provide advertising experts with the possibility of finding new
ways to promote their company or communicate with their customers.
Immersive reality, for example, from sending catalogs that, when viewed on a cell
phone or any other platform, show users information about examples of how to use
products, explain their features or show the object from different angles. Even offering
the possibility for customers to choose remotely what color or size they want to make an
online purchase. In addition, we can also offer customers the possibility of visiting our
business without having to leave their homes, such as online tours.
The use of chatbots with machine learning, allows the development of highly
personalized and efficient customer interaction experiences in the sale. Also, personal
sales via live streaming can be optimized with artificial intelligence computer vision.

2. According to the scope of your knowledge tell which are the most relevant
branders of marketing? Why?
R/. In my opinion one of the best companies in leading marketing is Coca-Cola, because
it always tries to capture or reach its public, a new bottle design that let consumers think
it was a premium product that could not be confused with any other beverage that was
in an identical clear glass bottle.

Also, for me a good marketing strategy was that of McDonald's, since they are
traditionally recognized by the big yellow M and the playground, although nowadays it
is not seen much, it is a restaurant that attracts its public.

3. According to you which is the potential of marketing?


R/. Because it helps brands research their target audience and share a service, product,
or idea effectively. Without marketing, a beauty product, a lodging service, or a food
service would be marketed in the same way.
It is also responsible for generating positive moments of purchase and the prescription
of the product, service, brand or company.
