Post-Assessment Analysis: Subgroup and Remainder of Class
Analyze the data of the subgroup as compared to the remainder of the class. In one paragraph,
describe the effectiveness of your instruction for this unit using the finding from your analysis.
Based on your analysis of student learning, discuss the next steps for instruction, including an
objective that would build upon the content taught in this unit of instruction.

should have multiple articles with different
topics to ensure that all students are
motivated and engaged with the materials at
hand. I should also demonstrate and practice
in front of the class before letting them off
on their own (follow along).
Long-Term Goals: Teachers who are dedicated to their profession and to improving the lives of
students will continually look for ways to grow and learn. The best way to ensure that learning is
prioritized is to create a long-term goal. Create one long term goal that is specific and
measurable. Make sure to discuss the following:
Long-Term Goal: Be RELEVANT
Rationale: Why did you choose this goal? How All too often students can critique the lesson
do you expect it to improve the outcomes of your at hand asking “when will I ever use this”? I
future students? need to make sure that everything we do in
my class is for good reason and will make
them successful both inside the school and
beyond. To accomplish this goal, I will share
personal stories, have my content relate to
modern interests, and utilize technology in the
classroom.
End Date: By when do you expect to accomplish By the end of my time here (or end of my 1st
this goal? semester in my own classroom). I would like
to feel comfortable with my materials, my
personal stories, and have them relay back to
the tasks at hand.
Action Timeline: What steps will you take to 3/24/2024: Provide multiple examples of real-

research synthesis project to demonstrate to
students what a good project should look,

Greek mythology and how the fables are not
much different than modern religions or
stories.
04/17/2023: Create my own mythological
story that is based on a modern high schooler
