MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is being undertaken between “Vittshala-The
Financial Literacy Cell, Shri Ram College of Commerce” and Dr. BR Ambedkar College ,
University of Delhi on 23 April 2023 for conducting a “Financial Literacy Workshop”, on
1/05/2023

The Terms and Conditions of the collaboration are as follows:

Financial Literacy Workshop

Description of the collaboration

● Collaboration between Dr B R Ambedkar College and Vittshala- The Financial Literacy Cell of
SRCC.
● “Financial Literacy Workshop” is to be conducted under the said collaboration.
● The workshop’s main objective would be to undertake activities imparting financial literacy in
their respective college under the guidance and supervision of Vittshala SRCC.

Organizational Structure of the Workshop

● Date – 1st May 2023

● Time – 6 p.m. onwards
● Venue - G Meet

Working of the Workshop

● The workshop would work under the supervision of FIC, Dr. BR Ambedkar College
● The workshop will be conducted by the fellow members of Vittshala.
 CHANAKYA in collaboration with Project NEEV

Formalities to be fulfilled

● Conduct of a Financial Literacy Workshop by Vittshala in Dr. B R Ambedkar College as per

the given details.
● All social media posts regarding the workshop shall mention “Vittshala – The Financial
Literacy Cell” on its face and in the caption wherever possible. Vittshala SRCC must be
tagged in every social media activity related to Vittshala.
● All social media posts regarding the workshop on the Vittshala social media handles shall
mention the collaboration with FIC.

Vittshala, SRCC will not be liable for any acts, within and outside the purview of this
collaboration, of Team FIC.

Transfer of any writing, content, material, intellectual property, etc. of Vittshala SRCC to anyone
outside the purview of this collaboration is prohibited unless permitted by Vittshala through a prior
application for the same.

The collaboration between Vittshala SRCC and FIC can be revoked by mutual agreement of both
parties.
