PROMISSORY NOTE

I, ___________________, of legal age, _______ citizen, and with

address at ______________________(hereinafter referred to as the
“Promissor”), do hereby promise to pay Richard Rivera, of legal age,
Filipino, and with an office address at 622 Montalban St., Clarkview Subd.
Brgy. Malabanias, Angeles City (hereinafter referred to as the “Creditor”),
the sum of Philippine Currency: One Hundred Fifteen Thousand Pesos
(PHP115,000.00) (hereinafter, the “Loan”)

The promissory note shall cover the unpaid balance of the Promissor
to Riches Car and Van Rental for the Motor Vehicle Leased. Provided as
follows:

December 2022 15,000
January 2023 40,000
February 2023 40,000
Total: 115,000

The Loan shall be paid in full within ten (10) days from the date of the
execution of this document;

The condition of this promissory note is such that if the said

Promissor, his heirs, assigns and successors-in-interest shall well and truly
perform the full obligation above stated according to the terms thereof, then
this promissory note shall be null and void; otherwise, it shall remain in full
force and effect and shall be enforceable in the manner provided for by law.

In the event that the Promissor fails to pay the Loan upon the
expiration of the aforementioned period, the entire loan obligation shall
become due and demandable. Demand and presentment for payment must
first be made by the Creditor and the Promissor is hereby given five (5)
days from the date of presentment to settle his obligation. Failure of the
Promissor to settle her obligation within the period given, the loan shall
incur an interest of six percent (6%) per month.

Provided that, should the Promissor fail to settle the loan as herein
provided, Creditor shall file the necessary court action, civil and/or criminal,
against Promissor to enforce compliance.

The foregoing instrument relates to a Promissory Note consists of two

signed by the Promissor and every page thereof.
