DEED OF ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, _______________, of legal age, Filipino citizen and resident of ____________________,

(hereinafter referred to as the “ASSIGNORS”), for and in consideration of the payment of the
amount of Philippine Currency: ________(P______), receipt in full of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby ASSIGN, TRANSFER and CONVEY, unto __________, likewise of legal
age, Filipino and a resident of _____________________ (hereinafter referred to as the
“ASSIGNEE”), our rights under the following deed:

Contract of Sale, a copy of which is attached hereto as Annex “____”, and made an
integral part of this Deed of Assignment of Rights, executed between ASSIGNORS and
HAUSLAND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION docketed as Document No. 393, Page No. 80,
Book No. 73, Series of 2019 in the Notarial Register of Notary Public Paterno S. Guevarra, to a
parcel of land with improvements contained therein, with an area of approximately __________
square meters situated in __________________, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No.
_______________, with Block and Lot No. ________________, more particularly described as
___________________ (hereinafter referred to as “Subject Property”).

The ASSIGNEES shall assume all the rights and obligations of the ASSIGNORS by virtue
of said Contract to Sell, including the right to demand the execution of the Deed of Absolute
Sale over the Subject Property.

The ASSIGNEES shall assume all the obligations of the ASSIGNORS to pay their
outstanding balance of ___________(_______) with HAUSLAND DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION as evidenced by the ASSIGNOR’S Statement of Account, dated ________, a
copy of which is attached hereto as Annex “___”.

This Deed shall be binding upon the ASSIGNORS, their heirs, successors and assigns,
and shall inure to the benefit of, and be enforceable by, the ASSIGNEES, their heirs, successors,
transferees and assigns.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this 4th day of
February, 2020 at Angeles City.

This document refers to a Deed of Assignment of Rights, which consists of two (2) pages
including the page whereon the acknowledgment is written, and which is signed by the
Assignors and his instrumental witnesses on each and every page thereof.
