INTRODUCTION

The technical article divided in into two

categories: original research papers and survey papers. A good
research paper has a clear statement of the problem the paper is
addressing, the proposed solution, and results achieved. It
clearly describes what has been done before concerning the
problem, and what is innovative.
The goal of a paper is to describe new or innovative
technical results. A technical article sets out a subject through
facts, reason and argument. When you write a technical article,
you should deal with an event, concept, or idea using facts and
examples, not opinions. Most technical articles are between 400
and 800 words in length. Some are up to 1500 words in length.
History

Technical writing has been around for a few

centuries. It is field that demands a specific set of skills for
technical communication to have. Throughout the centuries,
technical writers served as mediators between people, who
created technology and people who used technology.

It all started in classical antiquity. The earliest

examples of technical writing belong to Aristotle (384-322 BC).
Archaeologists managed to retrieve short example of his
technical writings, including a dictionary of philosophic terms
and a summary of the “Doctrines of Pythagoras”. Aristotle’s
works are considered the earliest forms of technical writing.

The discovery of the transistor 1947 allowed

cheaper production of computers. Now individuals and small
businesses could afford to buy them. As a result, the need for
writers who could explain and document these devices grew.
Abstract

Technical writing is the art of providing detail-oriented

instruction to help users understand a specific skill or product.

And a technical writer is someone who writes these instructions,

otherwise known as technical documentation or tutorials. This
