01A Admission Notification Class V 2022 1
1. ELIGIBILITY :
a) Qualification : Boys studying in Class IV/V with 60% marks in aggregate in the last Annual
Examination they appeared at, are eligible for the test. In cases where there is no system of awarding
marks and only grading is done, exact percentage of marks and conversion formula adopted are to be
mentioned with documentary evidence, if required.
b) Age limit : 10 to 11 years as on 01.01.2022 (i.e. Born between 01.01.2011 & 01.01.2012)
c) Height : 130 cm to 150 cm
d) Weight : 30 kg to 50 kg
2. APPLICATION PROCEDURE :
a) The Application Forms will be available ONLINE only on our website at www.rkmvpurulia.in between
02 August 2021 and 30 October 2021. No OFFLINE form will be issued.
b) The following documents are to uploaded at the time of application :
(i) Birth Certificate (ii) Aadhaar Card or Aadhaar Acknowledgement
(iii) Caste Certificate, if applicable (iv) Marksheet of the last annual exam the student appeared at
(v) Passport size Photograph (vi) Signatures of the student and guardian
c) Admission Test Fees, Rs. 600/- (Rs. 1200/- for candidates from Manipur) is to be paid ONLINE by
30 October 2021.
d) After successful submission of the Application form and payment of the Admission Test Fees, the
ADMIT CARD can be downloaded, immediately.
However, this schedule may be changed depending on the prevailing pandemic situation. The change
will be intimated well in advance through the website of this institution.

5. SUBJECTS OF THE WRITTEN TEST :
a) First Language - Bengali/Hindi (Marks – 50) b) Second Language - English (Marks - 50)
c) Mathematics (Marks - 50) d) General Intelligence (Marks - 10)
8. Any information given in the Application form, if subsequently found wrong, may cause expulsion of
the candidate.
9. Calculators, Mobile phones, Bluetooth devices or any other communication device or electrical
gadgets are not allowed in the examination hall.
10. Financial assistance in the form of several scholarships and stipends are awarded to financially poor
students from class V onwards strictly on the basis of merit and good conduct.
11. Vidyapith conducts no coaching / tutorials for the Admission Test. Question papers of the previous
years or sample question papers are also not provided or published.
