residence at Brgy. Dongsol, Pototan, Iloilo, of legal age, married to ARTEMIO PECINA
and the registered owner of TCT NO. 0902010008195 and TCT NO. 0902010008196
situated in the Municipality of Mina, Iloilo Philippines, described as follows (Attached
herein as Annex A and Annex B respectively):

PRECHE BARADAS Filipino citizen of legal age, with residence at Rizal Street Mina
East, Mina Iloilo to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact for me in my name, place and
stead, to do and perform the following acts, to wit:

1. To process and register the transfer of the above described property;

2. To sign for an in behalf of my signature in any and all documents related to the the
processing of the transfer including payment of taxes, fees and other payments referred to
in the preceding number;

3. To submit and comply with any requirements in relation to number 1 and number 2
statement above mentioned; and

4. To perfrom other acts and submit other documents as may be necessary.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full

power and authority to do and perform each and every act which may be necessary or
convenient, in connection with any of the foregoing as fully to all intents and purposes as
I might or could do, if personally present and acting in person, HEREBY RATIFYING
