ADDENDUM TO CONTRACT OF LOAN

(By and between Mirla S. Casumlong and Sergio T. Perualila)

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That, I MIRLA S. CASUMLONG, Filipino,widow and a resident of Brgy.


Dongsol, Pototan, Iloilo Philippines, that I am the owner of of a registered parcel of
land. TCT T- 136870 situated in Brgy. Dongsol Pototan Iloilo Philippines, described
as follows:

“A PARCEL OF LAND (LOT 5459 of the


Cadastral Survey of Pototan with the
improvements thereon xxx containing and area of
nine thousand one hundred and ninety eight
(9,198) Square Meters more or less”

That sometime on July 2022, I executed a Contract of Loan with Real Estate
Mortgage in the amount of Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (P700,000.00) and that
upon agreement with the Mortgagor I have voluntarily availed of an additional One
Hundred Thousand Pesos ( P100,000.00) in addition to the amount of Seven
Hundred Thousand Pesos (P700,000.00) under the following modified same terms
and conditions exclusively applying to the additional loan amount:

a) The additional loan amount of One Hundred Thousand Pesos


(P100,000.00) shall be due on August ____ 2023. This additional amount
shall be excluded from the amount secured by the Real Estate Mortgage
executed last July 6, 2022.

b) Payment shall be made to the Bank of the Philippine Islands with the
following banking details:

BRANCH: 0924 ILOILO SOLIS

c) The loan shall bear an interest of 2% per month payable every 15 th of the
month.

d) Failure of the Debtor/Mortgagor to pay three (3) consecutive monthly


interest shall make the principal and the unpaid interest due if any.
CONSEQUENCES IN CASE OF FAILURE TO PAY THE ADDITIONAL
LOAN:

a) In case the maturity of payment deadline is extended upon mutual agreement of


the parties there is no need to execute another real estate mortgage.

b) Compliance with full payment of debt and interest on or before the due date stated
in Part I letter A shall terminate the Contract of Loan;

c) In case of collection of any amount due under this agreement is needed to be


collected the Rules on Small Claims or Summary Procedure shall govern;

d) Should the Debtor decide to dispose of the property, consent of the Creditor in
writing should be secured by the Debtor.

e) In case of the untimely demise of the Principal Debtor, her heirs, assigns and estate
shall bear the payment of the debt and interest until fully paid.
