CLO 2: Written a business analysis report based on the company marketing concepts, process and
the strategy to promote company brand and product . (A2, PLO5)

Individual Assignments (10%)

Choose one company (i.e. international or local company) and used the Marketing Process: Creating
and Capturing Customer Value in explaining the way the company create value and build a relationship
with their customer.

The outline of the report must contain:

• The company background history

3. How the company building customer relationships and its value?

• Based Marketing Process: Creating and Capturing customer value (Figure 1)
